I am finally getting around to posting all about our Christmas! This Christmas, as I mentioned earlier, we started an advent ornament calendar that came with a daily devotional for the 24 days leading up to Christmas called A Meaningful Christmas. Each day we put an ornament in the tree that focused on the different aspects of Christ and his birth. It was really neat and I look forward to doing each year as the kids will appreciate it more and more.

This was so much fun and really taught Cole about the real meaning of Christmas. I look forward to this becoming a family activity each Christmas that we all look forward to!
Hi - stumbled across your beautiful page (while Googling for John 1-3 images). Such a pretty blog you have and what absolutely gorgeous devotion ornaments. I was invited to participate in a Devotional Advent exchange that I bet is similar, if not exactly like this one. Our exchange party with the 24 other women is this weekend. - Feeling excited! :) Thanks ... just wanted to pass along my compliments. Hope your Christmas season is blessed with lots of love!
