today cole is 11 months old. wow. the first year is closing in on us fast and i am not sure that this mama is ready to let go of it. as i deal with my issues, let me update you on the fabulous little guy.
he loves to clap
he is standing on his own for about a second or two before falling
he is climbing onto furniture faster than we can pull him off
he loves to throw things on the ground
he loves things that make a lot of noise...his favorite is a wooden spoon
and my set of pots
some of the foods that he tried this month included garlic, cauliflower, spinach,
eggplant, cilantro, and black beans
he loves to pull and throw anything out of a basket, bag or container (suitcase, diaper bag, toy basket)
he hates wearing shoes
he is a puff head (a term for a child who can eat his weight in puffs if allowed)
he crawls faster and tries to get away when you come after him
he is sleeping 12 hours a night on most nights
he waves hi and bye (although not 100% of the time)
he likes to pinch (not his most endearing quality)
but he is still the happiest little guy and we think we will keep him a little while longer!
