A couple of weeks ago we went over to an area called Apple Hill, where there are a couple dozen apple orchards to visit and all sorts of fun activities.
I was really hoping to pick our own apples, but sadly, thanks to the California drought, the crops were so small that the self pick places ran out the first weekend.
We did walk away with a lot of harvested apples (which I turned into applesauce!) and some fun memories of exploring a new area.

Next year hopefully we can pick more apples! But we are grateful for another adventure none the less!
